Generations of families living in Ume city have always gone to Uesutan High School. Even in current times, it still seems as though there’s the rich separated from the commoners in society. Many tensions have always been had in this school between the two parties. Now, a rich family believing there children deserve to go to a better school without the commoners, has built a magnificent new one called Meiyo High. To try to prevent the commoners from coming there, they have made Meiyo High a private school making all families pay high prices in order for their kids to go there.
